Our approach to occupational therapy
At Thrive Well OT, we believe occupational therapy should be practical, personalised, and focused on real-life outcomes. Our therapists work closely with individuals, families, and support networks to understand each person’s goals, strengths, and daily challenges.
As a mobile occupational therapy service across Greater Sydney, we provide assessments and therapy in home and community environments where everyday activities take place. This allows us to deliver meaningful recommendations that improve independence, safety, and participation in daily life.
We support NDIS participants and aged care clients through services such as functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, home modification assessments, and therapy to build everyday living skills. Our goal is to empower people to live with greater confidence, independence, and connection to their community.
